Born in Vancouver, and having worked throughout Canada, Kathryn is very happy to be home in BC again. After a long career working for industry and government (IBM, Health, Hydro and Education), Kathryn is looking forward to her career as a Notary, with extensive education at the Masters level from Simon Fraser, UBC Okanagan, and the University of Toronto.

As a resident of Lake Country, with full-time office hours on Main Street, Kathryn’s focus is to provide ‘always available’ full-time Lake Country-based services to residents of Lake Country.  Kathryn’s practice also provides mobile services in case you are unable to easily travel into the office.

Kathryn’s practice provides many services including property conveyances, property transfers and registrations, Mortgages, Powers of Attorney, Wills, Estate Planning, Representation Agreements, and Advance Care Directives:.  In addition to the regularly required Notarial services for travel documentation and notarizations, Kathryn is also a certified Mediator and Estate Executor, able to provide Society-insured Estate Management and Probate Services.

Kathryn’s practice is located in the professional office at 43-9522 Main Street, in Lake Country.

August 2013 – The Society of Notaries Public of BC has identified a person who has been holding himself out as a Notary, and is taking steps through the courts to stop his activity.

Please be aware of this person’s name in case you receive any solicitations from him to provide Notarial services.  It is most likely that your documents will not be useable when signed and sealed by this man.

If you have already had documents notarized by this person please contact me, and I will discuss your situation with the Society.
